Mom always said Breakfast is the most important meal of the day, so we have breakfast favorites available all day long. We offer fun twists on classic fare, European specialties and pastries baked fresh daily. Plus, our Mimosa Brunch is available daily until 3pm!
Don't forget to check out our traditional Poffertjeskraam on the patio on Saturdays when the weather cooperates.

Join us in our dining room, or dine al fresco on our expansive patio. Fabulous Food, Creative Cocktails & Craft Beer all in a "gezellig" atmosphere. Reservations are recommended for our dining room, the bar is always first come, first served.
Happy Hour is available in our bar from
3-6pm Monday-Saturday.

Let Chef Marcus & team create a 5 or 7 course menu specifically for you, as you watch our culinary team work. Be ready for an unparalleled epicurean experience. The ever-changing menu is crafted to highlight seasonality and the chefs' culinary creativity.
Available for parties of 2-8, limited to one reservation per evening, please book at least 5 days in advance.

Specific table requests will be honored when possible, but can not be guaranteed.
We love to celebrate special events! Please note that if you choose to bring in an outside dessert, it must come from a licensed bakery - unfortunately we can not allow homemade goods. We have a cake cutting fee of $3.50 per person, or our kitchen is happy to work with you to create a dessert option for your group!

For Marcus and Nicole van Winden The Dutch is destiny. They wanted to create a gezellig space serving fabulous food, refreshing drinks and offering guests exceptional service. Beyond that they wanted to do it in a way and a place that really means something to them.
Marcus was born and raised in Holland where he attended an elite culinary school under European Master Chefs and worked at some of the country’s finest Michelin Star restaurants. After several years he felt the urge to wander and set sail on Holland America Cruise Line as the Fine Dining Chef.
Nicole is a Native of Tucson and a Wildcat through and through. After attending the University she also felt the call of the wide open ocean and spent several years on Norwegian Cruise Line before taking on the role of Assistant Cruise Director & Event Planner on Holland America Cruise Line.
So the Chef from Holland met the Wildcat from Arizona and, as they say, the rest was history. They got married and had kids and after several years found themselves running The Holland Hotel in Alpine, Texas. After their stint in Far West Texas they decided it was time to move back home and strike out on their own.
Continuing with their apparent life theme, Marcus and Nicole found a great space in Tucson and named it The Dutch. We can't wait to welcome you!
